Kovalam Beach Hotel

The location of this hotel is just perfect, as it is situated a short walk away from the stunning Kovalam beach. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, giving you the full beach experience. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a touch of traditional charm that makes you feel at home. The complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel is delicious and definitely worth waking up for.

All aspects of this hotel were great, nothing to complain about.

The staff was LOYAL, we do recommend this place to everyone. We loved hotel's location and comfort.

Besides the location, nothing else.

To begin with, the contact numbers provided on the Booked.net site were wrong. The staff at the reception are not trained and so also the other staff. They are willing workers though. The towels carried fecal matter stains and frequent power outages occurred, with no generator back up. The reception and dining area were infested with mosquitos. Bathroom and tap fittings were bad and some door latches were missing.

The hotel was fantastic and the Leo Restaurant nearby offers convenient dining options.

People working and the rooms were comfortable/clean

Great place for New Year celebrations. We had a wonderful time with our family here. the rooms had a magnificent view of the sea and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. the food was delicious and there were a lot of options. the location is also very convenient, just a short walk to all the attractions in the area.

This hotel has a fantastic location, right on the beach. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing every morning. The staff was helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. the hotel facilities were great, including a parking area for my rental car and easy access to transportation to explore this city.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and had a small balcony. The staff members were incredibly helpful and provided great service throughout our stay. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities, including multiple restaurants, pools, and massage centers.

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic and we had no complaints about our stay.

Everything is what I need and want.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beachfront location and the stunning ocean view from our spacious balcony room. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. the pool was clean and inviting, and the complimentary breakfast buffet had a variety of options.

The hotel's lack of maintenance was obvious. The room furnishings were tired, and the bathroom needed attention.

We had a fantastic stay with an easy accessibility to the beach. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and well, equipped bathroom. Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed outstanding room service. We had a breath, taking view from our balcony.

We missed some amenities such as a functioning Wi, Fi and a gym.
